Not my TSX, it’s 5 speed with paddles. I don’t use any of the computer hoobajoobs.

I did this one time with a buddy of mine. We were hungry coming back from an all day skiing extravaganza. Burger in one hand, shifter in other. Him with one hand on the wheel, burger in the other.

My grandfather always had me shift his late 80's Jetta when I was a little kid from the time I was about five until he traded the car for a new Mazda 626 with an auto in 1992. Between that and studying my father’s feet as he drove his various manual cars, it made the first time I got to actually drive a car with a manual at 14 relatively easy. It took only a few starts to get the feel of an actual clutch and I was off. The basic act itself was already second nature.

this is valid. The TSX wagon is indeed a great looking mobile.

That’s the way my mom taught me to shift. At first, she told me when. Eventually, I learned to listen to the engine and how the truck was moving and I knew what to do.

i feel like this has the makings of a good song. “ One hand on my burger; the other one on the wheel...” maybe not, people might draw the wrong conclusions on what a burger is.
